Loan Checklist Service

Xtract’s Loan Agreement Checklist product is designed to provide funds with details about any specific conditions to be met in qualifying a loan for a particular fund. Loan Covenant Discussion Forum

The loan covenant discussion forum provides institutional investors with a medium to discuss any covenant related issues during the negotiation phase of a new loan or proposed amendment. The intent of the service is to streamline communication amoungst lenders in order to facilititate consensus on terms or conditions of new loan or amendments. Our attorneys post comments discussing deficiencies in the covenant package after reviewing drafts and preparing a full covenant analysis report outlining the terms and covenant package. The forum is strictly limited to lenders in the deal and who can demonstrate access to the relevant documents and have appropriate confidentiality agreements in place. Some of the key features include:

  • Comments posted using anonymous ID
  • Email updates for new comments
  • User ability to request a new discussion topic
